About An Mga Tulin Han 'Pinurot'
Please sign in to see more.

Welcome! We need to know how we are interconnected, why? Because our family is big and talented and
now scattered all over the world. With the advent of Facebook, it is so easy to establish contact
but to get acquainted, we need to establish our roots first. Hopefully with this website, we can
accomplish the latter. Do help out in updating the site, the adventure begins...

As the author of the doc, An Mga Tulin Han 'Pinurot', would put it:

"Someday, you should be involved in updating it. Time will come when you will realize the value and importance of having a family tree."

Filomeno Q. Singzon, 1930

i did, hope you do too. tnx ~V~
the privacy mode is currently access code. you need to enter the access code to view restricted data. the desired privacy model is membership mode. only members are allowed to view restricted data. but the advantage is that members have their own login, email/password, which they will set and then they can edit their part of the tree at their convenience. to become a member, send your email address to the webmaster and you will receive an invite if you are proven to be a relative or an affiliate.

if you want to help or be part of the tree, send me your details, lolo lola father mother siblings husband/wife children then help me find your place in the tree by specifying your ancestor/s in the tree. having done that, then send in your pics, 3 per person: id (or pic you want to use as id, i'll do the cropping), solo, family or group pic. you can also send me your email address, right now i am compiling email addresses in preparation for the shift to membership privacy model, which is by invitation only. i will also include you in the mailing list for the newsletter, which will be published twice a month, soon. btw if you have a rendition or version of matud nila that you'd like to share, send me the link and i'll include it in the playlist, looking for a rap version. hehe. almost forgot that i am not the only one with a story to tell, do share your stories and videos. if appropriate, i will surely put them up for all to see. tnx ~V~

Note to our Admin-Updaters (welcome to our latest, Lawrence Mosqueda Morales, my mother side):
  • Google Map (person locator) parameters - reused some fields to make it work as follows:
    • place of birth field is used to store current location. must sync with google to work. ex, san pedro, laguna, philippines must be san pedro city, philippines to locate correctly in the map else mixed up with another.
    • place of birth info can be stored in the notes.
    • if deceased, append a + at the end of the first name to indicate a cross for deceased in the map.
    • if deceased, place of death field must be used to store place of burial info. place of birth must be empty for google to pick up this info.
    • for any location info, dont forget to append the country to the location ex Manila, Philippines or Sydney, Australiia or Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. it maybe longer but google will be able to place the location correctly everytime.
    • in the map, if located correctly, when the red alphabet balloon is left-clicked, it will show the name/s of persons in that location.
  • to o yong unordered list na education ko, ganito din ginawa sa occupation

i apologize to my near relatives if your info is not up yet, working as fast as i could. have to scour your fb accounts to get your info. you could speed things up by volunteering to become an admin-updater so you could enter your family data then help out in completing the others' data. am working from top to bottom, left to right the descendant tree of Anastacio Sabarre Sr. Now working on the tree of Sylvia Sabarre Cortes.

my email is bernard_sabarre@yahoo.com or message me in facebook. tnx, looking forward to seeing you and your family in the tree.

facebook 08/16/2011 11 am

malapit na people, i am scheduling the shift to membership mode privacy model on October, to allow you as a member to make changes to your family tree. this model is by invitation only, no more access code, so if you are not yet in the tree and you are not yet receiving the family tree newsletter then it means you are not yet in my mailing list and may not be receiving an invite on October to sign up as a member.

i am at present working on updates using the descendant view of Anastacio Sabarre Sr currently on the tree of Sylvia Sabarre Cortes then Agosto Cebu Sabarre. i may finish these before the end of Sept. so you have until then to contact me and put you and your family up in the tree and send your emails and pics. tnx let us complete the tree and i will see to it that we are all rewarded for our efforts. tnx ~V~

facebook 08/16/2011 4 pm family tree commemorative gifts???

i was just thinking if a usb flash drive would be a good commemorative gift for the family tree? it would be very useful nowadays for keeping files like resume, pics, fav mp3s and mp4s and such handy. for members 1gb and for admins 2gb. the foremost criteria that comes to mind is active, active participation in the site re updating, helping others manipulate and navigate in the site and introducing relatives to the site. if you have more in mind, do share thats also part of active participation. tnx ~V~

Welcome to the An Mga Tulin Han 'Pinurot' family tree!

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.

Do help out. As the author of the docs would put it: `Someday, you should be involved in updating it. Time will come when you will realize the value and importance of having a family tree.` i did, hope you do too. tnx ~V~
